Just done start of week 8

I’ve had to have a break due to illness and dodgy knee. Managed to do the run. I did 5 minute walk then put app on to start the run. So 10 mins walk first. Think it helped. I ran slow but did it. So far no aches.

Glad I’ve got back to it. So many people have told me not to, but I enjoy it.
