As I have a busy week with lots of travelling, I did my run tonight without a rest day.
I thought I would be really slow, but
I ran at my personal best with 6’42’m per km!!! Feeling great.

Be careful, you don’t want to undo 7 weeks of hard work, and you don’t get a warning when a muscle goes.
Hmmm. well done..but... do NOT miss rest days..hidden damage...is just that...hidden.
As above. Don't start skipping rest days yet. Just take your running shoes with you when you travel.
