I had 4 rather large glasses of wine last night and I feel like my brain is floating into the heavens.... Drinking lots of water to rehydrate, and I’ve had breakfast, but the question is do I go out and do my run or should I wait until tomorrow?

Me personally if I felt that bad, I'd probably give it a miss and just go for a walk instead to try and clear the hangover! Mainly because chances are I'd have a horrible run, be sick & beat myself up about it even more.
I'm starting to class the night before as part of the run to make sure I don't eat or drink the wrong things. I bombed out of my last attempt at CT5K a couple of years ago when I had crazy bad acid reflux during a run on week 7. If I'm going to have a drink it'll probably be the night before a restday, know things dont always work out like that, but there is an extra rest day in a week to try and get things back on track.

Thank you! I think I will leave the run until tomorrow and have a bath instead! I teach dancing this evening and I can’t escape that one, so I’ll be doing some physical activity anyway!

As a regular evening runner I don’t have this issue... if you’re going to go today hydrate well and go late.

W4R1 did a great job of clearing my hangover on Sunday. I guess it depends on how bad the hangover is.
Thanks for the feedback, I’m going to give it a miss tonight as I’m teaching dance, but I’m going to go first thing tomorrow morning instead with a clear head 😊
