Struggled a little for motivation this morning, and set out later than usual (weird as I'd been looking forward to starting W2). Felt a bit of pressure on my knees starting the first run, did a 5.7mile dog walk yesterday - so suspect it could have been that, cleared up after a minute or so.
Didn't find the extra 30 seconds much of a jump, and felt I could have gone on longer. 3rd run was probably the hardest being uphill, but felt breathing was back to normal after a minute of the rest walk to go again.
Pace again probably too fast, tried not to think about it and just ran at what I felt comfortable at really. Find adding a bit of a spring helps when I'm running uphill.
This was the run where Laura talks about timing the breathing, had a go but felt like I was breathing in slowly and out too fast, tried to forget about it and think it went to roughly what she suggested anyway.

Quick question, but how did people handle the weeks/rest days. Last week I started on a tuesday finished saturday, so only had the one rest day yesterday. Did this because mon-wed-friday would probably be my preference, but wonder if a 2 day weekend rest might dent my motivation if I kept it at that?
