Take it slow, my 1st i couldn't finish the last couple of running sessions but i surprised myself starting week 2 when i was able to finish without feeling like death so don't worry if you struggle just keep going and have fun x

I just took it really slow, a light jog is what they suggest a c that really helped. Good luck! Hope it went well.

Good luck! On my first run I went a bit fast and I asked for advice following this. The advice I got was around not focusing on the running or breathing and rather the surroundings and the music. Somebody said to me that I wouldn't not breath which I found useful!
