Every time I’ve tried to run, especially in the last year, I’ve developed cysts in unusual places that have required surgery. I’m 10 weeks post surgery and reluctant to start again. Any motivational tips?

Hi there, sorry to hear you've had to have surgery!
There's lots of people starting again after loads of different sorts of problems or reasons for stopping.
I've interpreted your post as the running caused the cysts? Have you got any medical advice on that? Would hate for it to happen again.
