It took 2 attempts but managed the non stop 20 minute run today so pleased and relieved I've got that done. It does feel really good and now can't wait to start week 6 although have read horror stories about that!

Good job... second attempt is no problem, you got close then you came back and nailed it... you’re that extra run stronger going in to next week. You’re next run is all about pacing and keeping it slow and steady, the walks I had to push myself faster to stop me cooling and yes it was tricky, but it’s very much doable.

Well done on the milestone run.

No horror stories for W6, but just keep it slow and steady......it does catch many out.
