Always learning

Just finished my w9 r2 and sat with my breakfast just thinking about my last few runs which haven't all gone to plan and thought about what I have learnt from them

1 never ever let the gremlins get to you or the local druggy couple laughing when your nearly home 🀬

2 if it just isn't feeling right it's ok to stop and walk home and do the run another day

3 I need to warm up longer than the 5 minute brisk walk

4 I do not need to take my water bottle with me

5 a banana about an hour before my run in a morning seems to help

6 don't give a damn about people seeing you when your out

7 vary the route and just take any street I fancy at the time (as long as it's not a steep hill 2🀣)

And 1 more that I learnt today dying my hair red can be quite scary when you get home dripping with sweat and think your bleeding when it drips on your arm πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Hehe made me laugh about the hair, I bet that was a shock. Great pieces of advice there.
