I was really nervous about 2 x 8 minute runs but really wasn’t too bad.

So chuffed, never ever thought I could achieve 16 minutes of running.

The big 20 minutes next... OMG!!

Great job. The next one really isn’t as hard as you think. You’ve come so far and you’re ready for it.. slow and steady.

I did a 10k about 10 years ago and the feeling when I achieved that I can still remember. Couldn't run to start but after a few months was loving my 7k training runs! Let it all go though so now I'm back on the C25k program

At least you know you can do it and how great it feels. How far into the program are you currently?

W2r2, enjoying it but just got to avoid the usual excuses, too busy blah blah. I'm passionate from advice I've received and experience that the go slow go long advice is key to success for us couch potatoes so I like to encourage every one on here. Good luck!!
