Now lying on my bed sweating profusely and unable to talk but I did it without stopping. 2 miles covered in total and happy as Larry (assuming Larry is an overweight 50 something who's only regular attempt T running was running a bar tab)
Looking forward to my day off and psyching myself up for 2/2 if I haven't drowned in my own pool of sweat in the mean time
Time for a quick nap before work
Night zzzzz

It will get better pretty soon and you’ll be aware that you finish the runs easier. For now it’s just a matter of willpower sometimes. You’re doing great.
Good Job - and well done!
Enjoy the course, and when you have finished, head to West Park for ParkRun - nice bunch of folks, and the backdrop of the Molineux will spur you on
Well done you! You are doing great! Even when, like me, you are more swimming in sweat than running. I have to do reallllllly long cool down, which recently is standard 5 min walk + 30-40 min stretches. Otherwise, even the cold shower cannot help me, and I would have to repeat the shower again and again
So high five for sweaty runners! We are still doing it! Today is my W2R2, I may be running in both sweat and rain which hopefully cover my own excess water
Enjoy your rest day! Looking forward for your next post.
You did 2 miles in WEEK 2?! That's all I manage now in 30 minutes a month after graduation. I suppose it's a good illustration of the difference between real runners and frauds like me who have "graduated" by hanging on for 30 minutes 3 times in a week. Maybe there should be a minimum distance for graduation.
