Doesn't get easier but doesn't get harder

Pace yourself and do it in your own time not Mo farrah's

If I can do it anyone can

Trust me

Keep it up

Yes it does! Find a lovely slow pace that means you can complete all the runs. Enjoy! 😁😁

I guess if it gets too easy it'll stop being a challenge

I dont think it gets easier, i just think your body learns to sustain the hard work for a longer time, resulting in 30 minute runs!

Let’s see how we get on, next run Thursday 💪🏻

It definitely does. Don’t be afraid to repeat a week if you have too, it’s not a race. The important thing is that your get there. Not only that but if a fat old bloke in his mid 50’s, like me, can do it so can you.

Yes it does! To add to the other comments - whenever I get lax - I start again and repeat the previous week. This acts as a deterrent but also makes me feel better as I do seem to be better than when I started.

The first run was definitely the worst as I hadn't run for 20 odd years. I was read, sweaty and knackered. On Week 4 now and look forward to my runs now. It definitely gets easier but does push and challenge you.

And it was after that run that I started running in the morning when no one else was around. Each run seems to get easier. Dunno how but it works! (Though I had a sneaky peek at Week 6 and am now scared!!!)
