How does it affect you if you leave more than one day between runs sometimes it's not possible to do it day on day off although i dont leave it more than 2 days so run on 3rd day.
will i need to go back a week or can i just continue?

It doesn't affect me at all. The advice is a minimum of one day off between runs to allow you to recover from the impact. Two days off allows more recovery. You certainly don't need to go back a week.
A few weeks ago I had some knee pain so I took two days between runs and along with some strengthening exercises and cutting the runs slightly I was fine again within the week.
Good luck and keep going!
You’re doing great... I do alternate days running and other exercise, sometimes one full day of nothing. That’s the plan anyway, sometimes life doesn’t allow for that, and there’s no problem taking 2 or more days off... think I did 5 once and was still ready for the next one.
You’d been fine leaving several days off between runs if you really wanted to. You wouldn’t need to repeat a run unless you didn’t complete it, or wanted to ‘just because!’
I tend to leave one or two in between personally. What you don’t want to do, as you’ll already know, is run on consecutive days.
Enjoy your running! 😀
Start off see how it goes! You may find that extra day helps you
