So I ran Week5 run 1 this evening. I have naively assumed that as per weeks 1-4, week 5 would be made up of 3 of the same runs. I figured I could build up my 5 minute runs in preparation for the big step up to 20 mins in week 7.
But NO!!!.... C25K have slipped a sneaky little change in and have made each run this week different, with Friday’s run being 20 minutes 🤭🤭🤭 AHHHHHH!!! Time to panic! 😮

It isn’t... really it isn’t. It’s challenging, but it’s very doable. Stop panicking! You can do it. I just did the one after, which looks easier, it isn’t, but you can do that one too. Slow and steady, you got this.
