I no the word fail is a swear word , but if for what ever reason you can’t or didn’t complete a run (for example on week 3 day 1 , I couldn’t finish or had to start walking, would I then NOT go on to day 2 untill day 1 was completed)
So replete failed day untill completed ???

That’s right, complete a run before moving on is the best, some weeks have different runs each day and each run is geared up for the point you should be at as you complete the one before. This is the way to end the programme the strongest.
Getting off your butt and trying is always a win. So there is no such thing as a failed run. What you have is a training event where the body, and you must always listen to your body, said 'stop now.' This is a result.
Even if you need to repeat the exercise a few times before finishing and moving on, every repeat is doing two things: (1) building health into your body, (2) reinforcing your resolve to finish.
