Things go in threes

Let’s start with the positives. I started today’s run and I finished it and on a high. Can’t say what time I did as I had to stop 3 times. Would you believe first stop hit by the dreaded joggers trots (I am sure most of it’s in the mind). Second stop had to move over and wait for a lazy car driver and then pesky shoe lace came undone 😟. After that it was plain sailing. Wednesday run has to be better.

Sometimes you wonder if you should just go home . But you keep going and feel good that you finished.

I am about to go out for todays run...we will see how it goes 😁

Well done Woggle! Great determination there - I might have succumbed to a hissy fit and stropped off home with all those obstacles, but you didn’t! 👏👏👏👏👏

I've changed routes to avoid vehicles parked across the foot path forcing every one into a busy road. Well done for not calling it a day, Hopefully Wednesday will be a belter. 👍👍👍

I really need to change routes. Its a bit like my comfort blanket. I tend to run down a quiet lane that has no footpaths. Thanks for your words of encouragement

These things happen, but having your run pushed into intervals like that may help even more towards your next one.
