Just about to head out for W3R1. Been on holiday, drinking and eating too much, so I’m not sure it will be loads of fun 😂 did do the last two runs of week 2 while I was there though! Don’t think it will be as warm here in Scotland as it was in Almería last week (photo from glorious morning run above). BUT, this has to be a lifestyle choice, so off I go!

Lovely photo of sunrise gg89, I am also about to go out and do W3R1, in my case it's a repeat run as I have already graduated, just repeating my runs as I was off running for about 6 weeks due to a slight injury.
