I am so pleased that I have got this far looking forward to week 9. W8 run3 tomorrow! Anyone who thinks they will never get this far believe me you will if you follow the c25k. I have just join parkrun Ned to see if there is anyone local that I can team up with

Well done, not long at all now. Park runs are very friendly you will just get chatting to people no problem.
