Same with me, awesome, it was watching the GNR last year which inspired me to start my running 🏃 journey with C25K🎉I'm wondering how many of these 50,000 or more runners I have seen on TV today started with this app!!

Yeah that would be interesting to know!! The times are amazing and some folk don't even look tired... Think I'd be still plodding along into the evening 😂

Some may well finish into the evening but most will be finished before 6pm. All it takes to get to run a HM is to train regularly, run many 5k,10k and 10 mile runs before you take the big step to run a half or a full 26 mile marathon.
