Today was a good one. Quite knackered after it. But I did 7 personal bests today. It’s so good to see that I’m improving.
I don’t want to get ahead of myself. But I’m kinda looking forward to the end of week 5 where you run with no walking.
I felt really good after the first 3 mins today and didn’t want to stop. Of course, later on I was glad for the little breaks...😜😜😜
It’ll come in time. In the past, I’ve looked forward with dread at the longer distances and times to run. But I look forward with positivity now. How time’s change eh???
What has made a big difference, is the positivity and warmth on this forum. It’s such a boost seeing people who you don’t even know getting behind and supporting everyone. So cheers to all of you....

Hi BenderRodriquez, I just did W4R2 this morning too and can’t quite believe it. I’m always longing to hear that time’s up, but I keep going and never stop. Each week I have felt they I’ve reached my personal limit and then the next week do more. Do we really run without breaks in W5? Omigod! I can’t imagine it. I’ll be running in Canada for the next two weeks too where us runners are a rarity. This forum is what keeps me going. Good to know that you’re at the same stage too!
You’re at the same stage as me, tomorrow will be week 4 run 3 and then onto week 5s interesting combo of runs. Completing run no3 I imagine will give us both a huge boost and sense of achievement. Good luck and see you at the 🏁 finish line
