Hi - I just completed this run yesterday. Like you, I did not breeze through previous weeks. It’s all quite challenging! I definitely ran at an easy pace- really slow it down if you need to, also having music with me also really helped. Week 4 set you up nicely - your stamina has improved, be calm and happy and trust the programme. Good luck!
It won't kill you... believe you can do it and... just slow down, and then think slower..Relax..shake out the shoulders... relax the fists... take it all in as you go, and land lightly.
Remember we are all there. all running alongside you.. I am the one whispering, slow and steady.

You absolutely can do it! If you struggle, simply slow down to a comfortable pace. There is no such thing as too slow - you might find yourself running slower than walking pace, which is absolutely fine. 👍
It’s all about gaining strength and stamina in your legs, so speed is totally irrelevant.
Grow to love snails. My inner snail is still my best buddy. He helps me out even though I’m running further now! Here’s yours ..... 🐌 ...... embrace him. ❤️
Thank you all for the encouraging messages! I JUST DID IT!!! 😁 it was exactly quick and I’m not going to lie it was really hard but I actually did it!!! I’m so proud of myself and now ready for R2 - I think!!

W5 is where you really need to build belief in yourself and hopefully you already trust the programme.

Lol I was so proud of myself yesterday - I finished 213rd out of 216 BUT I RAN 5K - slow and steady is wonderful! 🐌🐌🐌🐌
