I have just completed my first walk/run for the first week for the c25k feeling very pleased with myself as I normally talk myselfout of starting. X

Great job. It’s the hardest I ever did... getting off that couch and going for a run needs willpower and the run needs even more of it. So, well done not talking yourself out of it. Continue not talking yourself out of it until you get hooked on the running. You can do this.
