Been absolutely loving the programme- flown through weeks 1&2. Had my second attempt at W3 R 1 this morning-yesterday’s attempt was stopped when my pesky phone battery died due to the cold, todays due to volunteering to walk a friends puppy as well as my own-both didn’t like to walk together, so the run turned into a walk. Feeling very frustrated! Loving reading everyone’s posts though!
