Woohoo so last night I graduated 😱 I’m actually feeling quite emotional this morning. I feel such a huge sense of pride not only in that I can now run for 30 minutes but just the fact that I actually finished something I started! I must admit I a tiny bit disappointed that I didn’t manage 5km as I know how close I am but I’m happy all 3 of my Week 9 runs have been consistent around the 4.7km mark and I know it won’t be long till I hit my goal. The support of this forum has been so amazing, I’ve only been on here for a few weeks but it’s really given me so much motivation and I’m excited to continue sharing all your journeys. It was dark by the time I finished my run last night so please excuse the dodgy selfie 🤣 Thank goodness for snapchat filters lol 🙈

That's amazing well done! Quite right not to worry about pace. When you're doing 7k in trading in a few weeks you'll be surprised how fast your 5 k is!!
