I discovered today how challenging it is to run in lashing rain.

Soaked to the bone but excillerated

Where I live near Glasgow we had a massive hail shower at 2.50.pm with thunder and lightning.⚡It only lasted 10 minutes but after it went off my garden was all white with hailstones OMG if anyone had been running in that storm they would have been very sore with all that hail hitting them

Good run... I’d have loved that... life made me miss the rain, lovely after though. Well done, new conditions, challenging but bearable, another victory.
