I graduated on the 18th June and ran 5 consolidation runs in the two weeks after graduation, however, 8 hours after that 5th consolidation run I developed a sore hip, it was not very sore when not running but once I started to run it ached so much that I decided to give the running a rest until the soreness had gone. This morning just after 9 o'clock with my new Smartphone and Laura my coach I re-ran week 1 of C25K without any problems whatsoever, I am very happy about that, I won't be repeating the whole program in 9 weeks, my running days are Wednesday, Saturday and Monday, it was a Monday that I graduated. This second time around I will run 2 rounds a week, (I will always recap on week 1 on a Monday) so this Saturday will be run 1 of week 2, next Wednesday being run 1 of week 3 and so on until run 1 of week 9.

Good luck. I hope your hip stays good this time round. Take it gently.
