Wow, W5R2 breakthrough moment when I was expecting a breakdown! So happy 😃

I’m never too confident before a session as running has never been my thing, I’ve found almost every session difficult verging on impossible.

I have a stiff, aching spine and a strapped up shoulder following a trip to the osteopath last week. Add feeling nauseous yesterday to the mix and my expectations for today’s run were in the floor, I was prepared for my first fail.

BUT I DID IT!!! Not only that, but I was jogging comfortably with no heavy leg feeling for the very first time and I extended the 2nd jog to 10mins.

I felt in control and at no point did I feel I was struggling. I’ve battled either physical or mental (or both) gremlins in all of my previous 13 sessions

I also think my body shape is changing ... a more defined waist & tighter bum!

I’m beginning to enjoy this and just cannot believe I’m jogging.

The horror story that is W5R3 isn’t scaring me anymore. 🤞🏼🏃🏻‍♀️👍🏻🤞🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

You'll need to change your forum name now you're a runner.

Hey, well done ! I had a similar experience too today. Isn't it the best when running at last feels enjoyable ?

We'll rock that w5r3 ! (I hope. I'm still a bit scared.)

It’s incredible, I’m so chuffed and well done you too. I’ve gone from 100% no way can I do 20mins to feeling fairly (but not totally) confident. Good luck 🍀🤞🏼

Wow well done. My w5r2 is at 6pm tonight. I feel really excited and only a little nervous. Still not sure about r3.

You were on good form for W5R1 so you’ll do R2 no problem. All we can do for R3 is cross fingers and give it a go 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Well my friend messed up the week on the app and we ended up running 12 minutes (which was surprisingly ok) before we realised, then we had a 2 min walk then ran 8 minutes and i felt ok at the end. I am much more positive about friday's r3 now! I can't believe how well i am managing this week as all other weeks have been hard going. It's like a switch has come on.

Fantastic feeling isn’t it, when you feel it’s not a battle. You’ve pretty much done 20mins non stop already so R3 shouldn’t phase you. I think W5 is a turning point when it all comes together. 🤞🏼👍🏻🏃🏻‍♀️
