Managed to stay on my feet 😝

Well this morning I set off a little nervous about running as on my last run I had fallen over and had cuts and bruises.

I had previously been off from running due to a back ache . So this morning I went out and managed to stay on my feet and did a huge 9 k.

It took me a hour but I am really giddy about it

Nice to be running again Deborah. Tomorrow I restart with C25K after a 6 week break due to a sore hip. This time I will have Laura as my coach because I have a brand new Smartphone

This second time it will be week 1 run 1 on a Wednesday, week 2 run 1 on a Saturday, back to W1R1 on the following Monday and every Monday with the other runs on a Wednesday and Saturday until W9R1 which will be either on a Wednesday or Saturday, that is the plan on 'paper' so to speak, I hope that it goes like that when I'm doing it outside.

Well. Well done for staying upright!! 😁

And you smashed it doing 9k!!!!

Are you feeling tired now or ok?

I've been working up to 10 k since I finished the 5 k at the end of June. I'm not sure what I'll do next maybe stay at 10 x

Haha πŸ˜‚ I will probably move on to something else . It's just so addictive.

My sister asked me today what I was training for

I said that I wasn't sure but it's the way your head feels after a run . Nothing else makes you feel like it. (Ok maybe sex 😱)

9k is brilliant... not falling also a little impressive... think I’d have done over from exhaustion! Well done.

Thank you. I was a tad nervous as I went past where I fell over but I made it πŸ˜‰
