Wow....well, that wasn't so bad! Very awesome to have started but also hoping the enthusiasm lasts! I'm a 46 year old Mum to 2 delightful teens and work for the wonderful NHS. I'm aiming to concentrate on 'me' for a change by getting fit and dropping a few stone!

Well done getting started. The programme doesn’t give you chance to get bored, it mixes things up & makes you want to keep going ... and I’m the most reluctant runner ever! Good luck with it. 👍🏻
