Blooming hayfever

Set the alarm for six ready for the big scary 20 mins run and ...an hour and a half later, still waiting for my hay fever to settle so I can breathe when I’m running. It’s going to be a hot day and that means that I won’t be able to run until the evening. Best laid plans and all that!x

Oh gosh... breathing easy is really essential.. the air is so thick at the moment.

Have you got a good nasal spray? I find too, that some Nivea, rubbed just under my nose helps!

I am allergic to tree pollen and that level has abated now... Poor you.

I hope you manage to get out there...maybe a few strength and stamina exercise this morning? :)

Think I’d be back to bed! I’m running later if I do C25K, or 9am ish if I get roped into tail walking at junior parkrun!

Oh poor you. I get hay fever (grass pollen) during June/July, then it goes as quickly as it comes. I can empathise with you. 🤧

Hope you were able to get your run in today? 😀

I did the 20 mins! I saw someone on here used jelly babies as motivation and I have employed this strategy. Never has a jelly baby tasted better x
