Sun/Hayfever... advice

Just wondered, it’s beautiful in UK right now, who wouldn’t want to run in the outdoors when it’s this nice... but... how are people coping with the sun and hayfever?

I get watery eyes, itchy eyes and squinting from sun hitting my eyes 👀.

Advice/Tips?

I don't get hayfever but my daughter does and she has asthma . She was advised to take an antihistamine a day from March to October seems to help 😊

I just bought a cap off amazon which has been really good today as I hate having the sun on my face.

I’ve been taking an antihistamine each morning since early March and run with a stash of tissues (which I always need 🤧), but I seem to be doing okay up to now. I do cope better first thing in the morning rather than later in the day though.

I think I need decent antihistamines too :)

I take loratidine which comes from the pharmacy but not on prescription — one pill a day and it works wonders on my severe hay fever. Then a baseball cap for the sun — mine has a Hawaiian flower print!

I went out early morning and even though the sun wasn’t out I wore my sunglasses 😎. It will take a while for the hayfever to settle down, I felt rotten but I managed the run.
