I've been imagining being able to write this post for weeks, and now I'm here I don't quite know what to say.
My strongest memory of PE at school is me being physically sick during cross country because I just could not sustain running, so knowing that I can now keep going for 30 minutes means an awful lot to me.
I got back from my graduation run (4k), to find that the birthday fairy had brought lots of running goodies - much nicer to look at than any of my selfies π
Have a lovely weekend everyone. Run happy!

Congratulations! And nice gear. I hear you on the cross country, despite being a 3000m runner I used hate cross country and I think I only actually ran it once, and stopped at the pub for a quick pint π
Very well done and good luck with your ongoing running adventure. The next start line is just over there!
You've been a real star.....and in my mind, you are the real deal when we say slow and steady.......you've always tackled every challenge with a dry humour that has made me chuckle and cheer you on!!!
I'm so proud of you.....and yes definitely worth a "take that Mrs Schofield" boogie dance!!
Well done ππ. Thatβs brilliant. Iβve enjoyed reading about your progress and success over the last few weeks.Youβve done amazing and what a birthday treat.
