I put on so much weight running I had to stop. I lost the weight, joined a gym three weeks ago.... Weight piling on again. I'm eating no more or less than normal. I've decided in desperation to run one day and gym the next for another month as an experiment just to see how enormous I can get. So demoralizing. You guys sound like you're doing great. I still follow your posts. X

I’ve put on some too, also not changed eating etc...figured it is just middle age spread!! Not doing anywhere near as well as mummycav she’s storming ahead!! Will be interested to hear how experiment goes. Keep in touch x
