PB today! Think the cooler weather is helping and prob my fitness is improving.
Well chuffed with that! Would love to get my 5K to 30 mins. when I started the C25K just running for 30 mins felt like an out of reach goal. By the end of the programme I was lucky to get to 4K in 30 mins so I’m starting to think the 5K in 30 mins is within sight!

Good work. What are you doing to increase your speed?
Well done. I'm at 36 mins but like you say initially 30 mins running was such a challenge and I was so slow getting about 3k that's it. But now as you say I feel 30mins is getting closer. Doing park run next Sat so will see how that goes!
