PB today! Think the cooler weather is helping and prob my fitness is improving.

Well chuffed with that! Would love to get my 5K to 30 mins. when I started the C25K just running for 30 mins felt like an out of reach goal. By the end of the programme I was lucky to get to 4K in 30 mins so I’m starting to think the 5K in 30 mins is within sight!

Nothing other than running regularly. I use to Strava to time keep so I know my split pace as I’m running

Really good pace! Parkrun always seems to make me a bit faster - might be worth trying one 😀👍

I was going to do one tomorrow but I’ve ended up doing a late shift at work tonight and don’t finish til 2 am so maybe next sat! 👍

Well done. I'm at 36 mins but like you say initially 30 mins running was such a challenge and I was so slow getting about 3k that's it. But now as you say I feel 30mins is getting closer. Doing park run next Sat so will see how that goes!
