I purchased some new trainers and new leggings (which are very tight, but that’s ok keeps my wobbly bits in order!) and off I went out, feeling very nervous as I was on my own, no Sarah Millican to encourage me and let me know my timings!
I had spoken to my very experienced running friend on Friday and she has given me some great tips!
So I set my map my run and off I went! 40.55 mins later boom! 5k (this did include a 5 minute warm up walk tho).
So very happy and really didn’t believe I could do this but I have, 3 more weeks and then I’m going for Parkrun!!

Well done Kazzi! Isn’t it amazing achieving 5k for the first time? I’ve done two now and my daughter and I are doing our first parkrun this Saturday! We’re so excited!
Good luck, and keep having fun, you’re doing brilliantly! 👏👏👏👏👏
