After a tough W6R3 I wasn’t looking forward to repeating it and as we are away in Boston for the weekend was worried about scheduling. I brought my kit though and this morning did a couple of laps of Boston Common in beautiful sunshine before the humidity took hold. What a great run, looking forward again to progressing. How’s everyone else doing?

Nice - I like Boston, must be a nice place for a run. Do you have parkrun in the US of A?
They do have park runs- haven’t done one yet but there are a few around DC I plan on when I graduate.

I completed week 7 run 1 and enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next set of runs feel able to do it.
