i go to the gym 3 times aweek i am 58 and had heart bypass about 9 years ago last 12 months i have lost 3st 11lbs tryed jogging on tredmill the other day ran for 1 min walked for 1 min .for 30 mins seemed to be easy than i thought going to start c25k 2moz i will let you know how i go on
