Got to week7 about 8 weeks ago couldn’t fit runs in due to work and 2 weeks away and a stomach bug when I came home what do you suggest I do go back start again I love the c25k I want to finish but not sure what’s best to do

Well I would say try maybe a week 1 and see how you feel. I’m on week 5 for third time round. You just need to start somewhere I reckon. See what others say too and how brave you feel 😁👍🏻
If you really feel you can't tackle week 7, I'd only go back to week 5 or 6. You're not going to lose it all in a few weeks.. maybe the intervals would be psychologically easier to start you off again.
I had time off because of 'life' and started back where I left off..
Am only on week 6 though so not experienced at all.. but I know if I had to go back to the beginning it would be tough to summon the motivation.
I’m going to go for a jog time myself and take it from there depending how long I last for hopefully it’s a good time

Perhaps just try a run from each week until you have found where you need to be?
