W2R3 done but maybe shouldn’t have done as thought I’d push through the pain barrier, now limping in walk grrrrrr. Think it may be my footwear as think my foot is falling in to the inside when I run.......don’t want to have to stop but don’t know the best way/foot forward :0(
😩😩😩 stupid knee/leg pain: W2R3 done but maybe... - Couch to 5K
😩😩😩 stupid knee/leg pain

Let your injury recover, and then get gait analysis and the correct trainers for your needs, better sooner rather than later.
Then when all settled, and set up with the right shoes for you I would start again, or from the point you are at, but that depends how long your injury takes to heal.
Good luck 😊

I agree with Jell6
Have you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which has links to buying shoes and many other topics.
Take care.

If you're starting out and get pain (not just mild discomfort) chances are it's shoe-related.
Listen the ever-wise Jell6 and find a running shop that can do gait analysis and they'll get you sorted out when your knee isn't sore any more xx
I had gait analysis done around week 2/3 I had to buy different trainers and it was amazing, no pain now!!
Thanks for all your replies, definitely going for gait analysis as sore to walk still :0(

Hi
Also get checked out by a physio. My wife had the same thing in wk2, continued to run and had a knee op this week. She will not run again...
