Week 4 run 1 OMG
I haven’t been looking forward to this run at all so listened to all the advice given and set off at snail’s pace🐌 ! And I guess you guys are right as I managed to do it. I feel so happy. I’m off camping for the weekend so won’t get my next attempt in until Monday/Tuesday. I also think the app may have played up on the second 3 minute run, I’m sure I was going for 5 mins. Another bonus.
