I run about 4 times a week I also do 30 mins boxing daily and a high impact app on my phone which is only 17minutes long I always try to rest at least 1 day a week and this works great for me everyone is different yesterday I started week 7 run 2 and I struggled as I changed my route and it was hilly so when I walked fast to at least 5 minutes but I ran a extra 10 minutes to make it up..
