Changed my running route on W8 and managed 10mins uphill walk (to get there), 28-31 mins running (well jogging!) And another 8mins aprox walk back. That is a 50 min workout and i am SO proud of my never-ran self i could kiss me!
This morning i did the first half by car and was impressed at how long i run!! It is truly amazing what C25k is helping us accomplish. I never!!!

Fantastic! Well done you. I started week 8 this morning and I really enjoyed it after the first ten minutes. I even had a slight jog up a bit of a hill, and that would have killed me a few weeks ago! I'm like you, I can't believe how great c25k is. Good luck with the rest of your runs. 👍😀🤞
