Don’t be disappointed at all. Treat it as a practice run. Rest tomorrow and try again on Sunday. You’ll be fine. Some days are harder than others. But the good days are great.
Well, sometimes everything doesn’t just click. Happens to the greatest of runners, but you have 12 minutes of extra workout in, and that will help on Sunday.
