Woken abruptly at 7am with the cramps us ladies dread every month! Just wanted to get a cuppa and pull the duvet over my head ๐ Put those demons in the bin and took 2 paracetamol and a pint of water, threw on my running stuff and off I went. Made sure I ran really slow as I get quite light headed during this time but got round my 1st full 20 minute run with no problems. Didnโt try to increase speed at all just wanted to enjoy it. I just love ๐ running, makes me feel so happy and not a care in the world while Iโm out. Who thought you feel this good for free!!

Cramps! ๐ฃ
Iโll never forget being told at school by the PE teachers that exercise is good for dealing with those blasted cramps we have to deal with, and I remember thinking โyeah rightโ. But since starting C25K I kind of have to agree! Glad it went well for you ๐๐ป ๐โโ๏ธ
Hi, copy of post I sent the Boniobiscuits yesterday.
I've done W5 R3 a bit early as not going to get a chance to do it until Sunday if not. After 5 minutes I was thinking not sure if I'm ready for this yet, after 10 minutes it was well maybe I can, 15 minutes was I can do this and at 20 I felt I could do a bit more ( but I didn't) ran 2.5k in the 20 minutes which I'm very proud of.
Very well done for doing yours today.
Yes I did want to carry on further myself. I wasnโt pouring in sweat like I usually am but I went a little further on my last run and didnโt want to end up injuring myself by doing too much too quick. I think I only managed about 2 miles in the 20 mins but I was just doing it at a really comfortable speed. Well done to you too on completing your first full run ๐โโ๏ธ
Great job. Youโre smashing it now.
Thanks UnfitNoMore, Iโm absolutely loving it again now ๐๐ป๐
Well done! Bet you feel so much better for the run! Good for you for putting those gremlins where they belong! ๐๐๐๐
I know I donโt think I could go now so very glad I did it first thing. Plenty of rest I will be eating to go on Saturday ๐
