Cramps! ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Woken abruptly at 7am with the cramps us ladies dread every month! Just wanted to get a cuppa and pull the duvet over my head ๐Ÿ˜‘ Put those demons in the bin and took 2 paracetamol and a pint of water, threw on my running stuff and off I went. Made sure I ran really slow as I get quite light headed during this time but got round my 1st full 20 minute run with no problems. Didnโ€™t try to increase speed at all just wanted to enjoy it. I just love ๐Ÿ’• running, makes me feel so happy and not a care in the world while Iโ€™m out. Who thought you feel this good for free!!

Iโ€™ll never forget being told at school by the PE teachers that exercise is good for dealing with those blasted cramps we have to deal with, and I remember thinking โ€œyeah rightโ€. But since starting C25K I kind of have to agree! Glad it went well for you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hi, copy of post I sent the Boniobiscuits yesterday.

I've done W5 R3 a bit early as not going to get a chance to do it until Sunday if not. After 5 minutes I was thinking not sure if I'm ready for this yet, after 10 minutes it was well maybe I can, 15 minutes was I can do this and at 20 I felt I could do a bit more ( but I didn't) ran 2.5k in the 20 minutes which I'm very proud of.

Very well done for doing yours today.

Yes I did want to carry on further myself. I wasnโ€™t pouring in sweat like I usually am but I went a little further on my last run and didnโ€™t want to end up injuring myself by doing too much too quick. I think I only managed about 2 miles in the 20 mins but I was just doing it at a really comfortable speed. Well done to you too on completing your first full run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Running slow and steady, having fun, and getting home in one piece. No hurry. Itโ€™s fab ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Awww poor you, but at least itโ€™s safe in the knowledge you completed your run earlier. ๐Ÿ˜€ Hope you feel better soon. ๐Ÿ˜€
