I’m now on week 4 and avoided the gym for two days this week out of fear of the 5 minute run. Yesterday I took the plunge and really enjoyed it! I love how quickly my fitness and running ability has increased and realise I need to get out of my head with this and stop telling myself I can’t when clear I CAN; and I AM!!!! Whoop whoop!!!

And you know what.... That feeling just keeps getting better and better. Just you wait until you complete w5r3. It will seem impossible to you right now but somehow it just happens. The feeling after is electric. Drop me a note back in 2 weeks time and tell me just how good it feels.!
