Finally, cooler weather \o/

I’m posting in here rather than in the 10K forum, as I doubt the doggoes and I will be up to doing 10K for quite a while; I really don’t do well in the heat, and it turns out that my new Pointer pup has active Leishmaniasis, though you wouldn’t know it from the way he behaves. He is currently having treatment and should ultimately be fine to Canicross with me, but right now he’s limited to free running.

Anyway, running news...

I’ve managed two gentle interval sessions this week, both about half an hour long (including the warm up and cool down) and covered about 3-31/2k in each.
