Hi Emma, I’ve done all of my runs on the treadmill. Trying to get brave and go outside but not quite there with my confidence yet! Enjoy your treadmill run tonight!
I go crack of dawn so no one sees me 😂 love looking at the house I run past and making up who lives there... takes my mind off the running 😁
