I finished C25k a couple of months ago. I am still running but worry that, once the earlier nights set in and the weather cools down, I will start to lose the motivation to get my running shoes on. Can anyone recommend a good next step please, particularly if it builds/supports in a similar way. Thanks in advance 😊
