70 in a week and just completed Couch to 5k. Lost weight feeling fine. Still carrying on with running week 9 runs. Should I try anything different ?

Well done that's impressive! Idbsticknwith what your doing for at least a months worth of consolidation runs (30 mins or 5k) after that have a look at some new targets, maybe faster times or bridge to 10k? Depends entirely on how much your enjoying running I suppose and how much time in your day you want to spend doing it.

Thanks for your reply. I’m retired so time is not major problem for me. I can’t believe how much I enjoyed the challenge over the 9 weeks still playing a lot of tennis so I’ll stick with the week 9 runs for a month as you suggest and try and up the pace a bit.👍

Yay well done! I'm 66 and after graduating did loads of 30 min plods until I felt really comfortable then played around with the c25k+ podcasts with Laura, then joined JuJu's magic plan, time version, over on Bridge to 10k. Just completed second 50 min run, aiming for 60 mins in a couple of weeks, then take stock ..... It helps me to have a plan ☺️ Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃💥

You might try moving up to the couch to 10k app or what I did was start all over again at the beginning and do the whole thing over again
