Huge sense of achievement after running nonstop for 25 minutes AND I felt good enough to up the pace for the last minute. Strangely I found the first 10 minutes a bit of a struggle but then got a steady pace going and it was ok. Have been running to Queen for the past 6 weeks so now know all the words. Time for a change but not sure what. Any suggestions?

Hi Montymum - well done you! I completed the same run this morning and feel so positive now, so much more so than when doing interval runs. I hate to admit but my Bridget Jones soundtrack got me through today - not sure I could cope with the faster pace of Queen! Keep at it!
Nice one, I do find that the right music helps, one of mine is walking on sunshine as it makes me smile on the run

Fabulous well done🤗
I'm a 80s girl at heart so it's a mixed bag when it comes to tunes. Someone on here recommended comedy podcasts too as it takes your mind off the time so done a couple of runs laughing away to myself like a daft woman.
Good luck for next wk x
