Not bad. Today's W4R2 was much better than Monday's R1, I'm happy to say. 😎

Hi there just reading with interest- I also have slightly dodgy knees and was wondering if you could advise on the slow running technique? I’m always looking/reading on how to improve my running technique so as not to annoy my knees more than I have to!! Thanks

Hi there, I’m not sure if you can see my posts from yesterday or Tuesday......i put up a you tube link for slow running - Professor Tanaka. let me know if you cant access it and i will copy and paste. happy β€˜slow’ running πŸ˜€(the way my knees like it!)

I thought I was going slow but after watching the Professor, I could probably slow down even more. He's barely lifting his feet off the ground. But he's probably also a third of my weight which means it's probably easier for him to carry on for longer at the slow pace.

That was a lot of probablys. 🀣
